Comfort afghan for a young boy

I am planning on working on the afghan on either wednsday or thursday, making it an all day job. I will let you know how far I get. My deadline for this is the end of the month.

I have five rows put together now. I have four more squares to make to make the colors even. I lost my yarn so I have to go buy more. As soon as it's done I will post the picture. It's the size of a generous lap ghan now but it will be twin bed size when done thanks to all your hard work! Can't wait to get it sent out.

Everyone I will have it done by midnight just barely squeeking by on my deadline and then the pictures hopefully by tommarro. Then to wash it and send it out. Update: I had it all put together by midnight but then I had to border it. I got two more sides to do and it will be done. I will finish it on August first, missing the deadline by one day. Sorry! Thank you for all your help.
