Harry Potter/Gryffindor scarf for son

My son is turning 7 in a couple weeks and he's a huge fan of the Harry Potter books. I made a Gryffindor House scarf, ordered a Gryffindor House patch, and tonight enlisted my MIL's help--and that of her sewing machine to put on the patch.

I bought the patch from the Ebay seller, militarypatch. He/she has a great selection and super feedback rating as a power seller. Shipping was immediate.

 

The scarf is adult-sized since I want DS to grow with it. The patch is 4 inches in height.
