My cheer me up hat

I made this hat to wear this Wednesday when I go get my surgery to get my gallbladder removed. The pattern came from the book Crochet from the Heart and the yarn is Lion Brand WoolEase, which I like fairly well for it's comfort and colors.

I had my gall bladder taken out last February and was only in the hospital 2 days. Great looking hat and a nice way to treat yourself. You'll have a lot of time to crochet while you recoup so enjoy yourself, you'll be sooooo glad it's gone.

Nice hat! Good luck with your surgery. I had it last July. I was up and walking around within hours of it. It's pretty easy to recover from.
