Pocket Scarf & Ribbon Poncho

I finished up so of my WIPS over the past couple weeks.

 

Here is a pocket scarf I made with some left over homespun yarn for my sister-in-law.

 

And here is a Ribbon Poncho I made for our very own Auntbubbles who will get it when she returns from her vacation (lucky bum)

They are both very lovely, I particularly like the ribbon poncho. Is it actually made with ribbon yarn or is it just called a ribbon poncho for some other reason? I have some novelty yarn and would love to produce something as stylish as yours!

I've never seen a pocket scarf before! Now I'm kind of interested to try it out, maybe use some big buttons to hold them shut... Now look what you've done! It's something else to add to the "One day I'll make this" list.

It's made with incredible ribbon yarn from Lion Brand.
