My Arctic Hiding Spot

Recommended Posts

I just loved the Turtle/margarine tub hiding spot and I wanted to make something like it. At the time I had white yarn at hand and the shape seemed to suggest an igloo so that is what I made.

Edited to add: here is the original that inspired me to make my igloo http://www.crochetville.org/forum/showthread.php?t=71591

Hope you enjoy the pics...

I did put some batting in there to soften the lines of the tub and I kind of like this little thing. I am hoping to find a home for it this evening. there must be a little one out there who would like one of these secret keepers. :wlol

Absolutely perfectly adorable! Darling concept and just the kind of thing that would be perfect for my son. Great idea!

Very Creative!!!

Makes me want to save all my tub containers.

What a nice way to recycle.

How cute and clever. I've also embraced the butter tub (I think they're addictive) and made a spider, a beatle, a ladybug, a cat, and a turtle but yours is so much cuter.
