Sushi Scarf

When I found out that my friend's 9 year old daughter is a sushi addict, I just had to make Mermaiden's Sushi Roll Scarf. I was able to bust some stash in the process, so that was a nice bonus.

I added a simple chain tie to the end so that it was easy to roll up and keep in her backpack. This was definitely one of the most fun project I have done in a long time. It was easy to whip up in an evening and was a very nice pattern.

I was just telling my husband about this scarf the other day (I forget why, but...) Great job! I have been thinking about making one of these for someone I know. (By the time I get around to it I will have to give it to her next winter...)

 

Anyway great job and how funny that a nine year old loves sushi. I just tried it at my last job, it's pretty good.
