I tested this in a few different yarns. So far I like this the best. I crochet fairly loose, so I had to change my hook to get it to hold a nice shape. This will be a cute birthday/Easter hat for my one year old niece. I used some Sirdar Snuggly DK yarn in a lavender/cream twist that I had in my stash. My 2yr old ds wouldn't keep the hat on long enough for a decent picture, sorry:P
