Ribbon and fur scarf and hat

I made this for my friends' daughter for Christmas. She is 12 1/2 so a difficult age to know what to get or make. She loved this and a couple of her friends asked me to make some.

I whipped through both of them in a couple of hours. The ribbon works up really fast. I followed the pattern in the Lion Brand Incredible Ribbon package and added a couple of rounds of fur. The hat is a basic beanie with fur trim, except I only worked in the back loops so the hat is reversible for different textures.
