the pics are clickable. i got the girl's request for plain white, but i couldn't resist adding a blue flower

i'll show it tomorrow and she can decide whether she wants it to stay blue or not

I have seen a similar pattern at bevscountrycottage but the pattern was confusing to me so I haven't made one. I think they are so pretty. I love your little blue flower.

ya that's the one! i forgot that bev's site links to it

i had thought before that the pattern was kinda wonky, but it's not really. after studying it very closely i noticed that the girl who made the pattern (Abigail Goss) doesn't do the "ch3 to count as 1st dc" thing. instead she does a ch2, which is a tiny thing but it completely threw me off the first time i made the pattern. so i just "changed it" lol one chain stitch difference
