Need help finding a pattern

I'm looking for a kufi cap pattern. Does anyone have any ideas where to look for one of these?

can also be modified and made to look more masculine....the most popular hats that Muslim guys wear are sort of round on top, then there s a straight "drop off" that gives the hat about 2 inches in height....My Husband is Muslim, and these are the sorts of hats that are sold at Mecca. But the other skull cap sorts are also popular. Can you figure it out from this picture? The circular part looks like a lot of centers that are found on the doily page! And then you can look for fancy filet patterns to make the sides or just make it solid scs.
