first doiley...so proud

I finished my first doiley today. Well, not technically finished...my friend convinced me to end it early as it was getting waaaaaaay too big for my mom's table. My dig cam isn't working, so I can't post a pic, but it was a pineapple design. Now that I'm done, I can definetly say that I had an easier time with this than crocheting with yarn! I think I'm definetly hooked on this!!!

Congratulations! Working with thread gives you a different feeling once you've done one. :-))))) Should you like to try using either a variegated or ombre I'm selling some. Here's the thread where it's posted:

I think thread crochet is addictive- plus it gives me such a feeling of accomplishment! I was so intimidated by thread for so long, but once I got the hang of it- I really loved it
