Commissioned Hat

Hi everybody!

 

I was commissioned by a dear friend of mine to make a hat exactly like mine for her mother (just change the ribbon). I will be delivering it to her today. I used the same Katia Marathon for this hat but used hot pink satin ribbon instead of the grosgrain I used for mine. My 3yo DD wanted to model it for the camera, milk mustache and all. It looks like a bucket hat when flat and on her but when an adult wears it it appears a bit more structured than a bucket hat. You can see mine here.

Very cute - daughter & the hat! I made one similiar to this except on mine the ribbon is woven thru - I used a pattern from the mag. Crochet W/Heart that I have & made mine in black.
