These are a pattern my MIL taught me. I've seen something similar in a pattern book but it was slightly different. She doesn't really work from written patterns she just thinks it up and does it but she was able to teach me how to do this one and it really makes a nice decor peice.

Well I'm afraid it doesn't exist anywhere in a written format. My mother-in-law created it without written pattern and she taught me how to do it visually and I haven't written it down yet for her. Hopefully I will soon...
