When I went to put todays pattern in my documents...it said I already had that on file:think. I opened it and saw it was the pattern of the day on January 1, 2007.

I guess this is one of those FYI's of useless information:lol.

Actually not why are they repeating from year to year? I would think there would be plenty of patterns available without repeating.

Yup they repeat a lot. I don't get it either. Not to mention all the ones from Free Patterns they use.

I assume that a computer picks them at random and this happens on occasion.

 

I'm still just grateful that they do any freebies. A few doubles doesn't bother me.

I'm actually glad for that pattern. I've been looking for some nice sweater patterns for myself. I didn't realize there were so few that I actually like. I showed it to hubby because I rarely find things to make for myself and his reaction was "I really like it. How many shades of purple are you going to make it in?"
