santas scarf

so kassie decided that she wanted to do something nice for santa - and on december 22 decided she wanted to make him a scarf. she asked me to help and told me that if she worked really hard she would be able to get it done on time for him. now keep in mind she is still very new at this and has only done small projects like coasters. so she grabbed some green simply soft from my stash and i gave her a k hook and taught her the hdc and off she went. we did alot of frogging - and she did alot of crying - but here is her end result! not to bad - i am pretty proud of her!!! (and she had it done the morning of the 24th!)

well santa left an note thanking kassie for leaving him the scarf. he said he would wear it all the way through the rest of his travels and home. he said that he would share it with mrs. clause too! that made her so happy. shes already schemeing what to make for him next year!
