Question
Tiga
Mary Maxim sneaker slipper pattern
If someone has purchased and made this kit, and no longer needs the pattern, I would like to purchase the ORIGINAL pattern from them. NOT A COPY.
I need to make a pair of these shoes for a dear friend's son who cannot walk and can't wear regular shoes b/c of his feet. He just wears plain socks in his wheelchair all the time, and I want to make these for him for Christmas.
I was making one of the free sneaker patterns, and they just aren't coming out very sneaker-y looking. They look like slippers.
I can't use the kit, as they live in Hawai'i, and I'm using cotton blend yarn so his feet don't get hot, and I don't need the acrylic yarn in the kit.
If anyone can help me, I'd really, really appreciate it.
