wrist/hand warmers

My daughter wanted me to make a gift for "secret santa" project at school. I thought wrist/hand warmers would be ideal, since girls seems to love them.

 

worked with two strands of yarn, Bernat's Frenzy [which i loved] & Patons Divine [which i hated!] The wrist section was knitted, all else done in crochet.

A.C. Moore's has the Patons yarn on sale for two dollars, I couldn't resist.

Oh wow, those look so warm and cozy! That reminds me, I should get to work on some for my friends at work. Everyone has been asking me when the wrist warmers will make an appearance. And, now, I have design ideas. Beautiful!!

those are so pretty! i'm debating whether or not to get up and grab a ball of divine and start working...i was just looking at the pale ice blue color and one that's kind of peachy/coral i guess and wishing i had something great to do with them (and that they weren't so miserable to work with!)
