Another dumb ? about felting

i forgot to ask... would i have to get regular wool yarn or would the wool blend shrink too.???

joann is having reg.wool 2/6.00 three days after THanksgiving & wool blend is on sale now for 2.00 ea.

It should be at least 60% wool to felt, 70% or more is better and so on.

You'll get a different amount of felting from a 100% wool than from a wool blend. If you're going to substitute a wool blend, be sure to felt a swatch first to make sure it will felt at all and that you like how it turns out. In my opinion, you'll get a much better result with 100% wool.
