"Exceeded bandwidth" means the alloted amount of data transferred has been exceeded over a set amount of time, not the storage capacity of the server.

 

Some web sites limit the amount of data that can be transferred over a given amount of time. When you exceed that amount of data, you've exceeded the bandwidth.

 

I suggest using an image server like photobucket.com, flickr.com, photolava.com or some such. There are lots of free image servers out there.
