boa style scarf

I was recently given a huge amount of this vintage sirdar yarn....judging by the lable I would say its from the 70's, its cream and brown boucle, the sort of yarn that I would only knit with, but I wanted to make a scarf as its so soft!

I saw a really expensive kit in the local craft shop, a boa style scarf, using a really chunky yarn so I thought that type of pattern would suite this yarn very well, I found the boa pattern on crochet pattern central....it worked like a dream! I really love it!

I held the yarn with a fine cream thread so that the stitches would show up and used a 9mm hook!
