Hey all,

I learned crocheting when I was about 10, but just recently rediscovered it. I'm having fun making the stuffed Pooh characters and baby blankets for Project Linus. I mostly quilt, but I've enjoyed crocheting doilies (until my eye sight started to get worse).

My husband of 26 years and I live in the Panhandle of Florida. He is in the Air Force due to retire in about 3 years. Our oldest son is in the local area and drives for Pepsi. Our middle son is in the Air Force going through pilot training in Texas and our youngest daughter is a Marine stationed in California. We are new at being empty nesters and I'm having fun with all the projects I now have time to do.

I'm looking forward to learning lots of new things and having fun with my crocheting
