Elf/Faun earflap (literally) hat! *IMG heavy*

I wanted something simple yet noticeable for Halloween this year, so while I was racking my brains I saw my Monitor Cozy laying on the floor..... Hmmmmm.... I put it on my head (just goes to show how crazy I am), looked in the mirror, and eureka!

An earflap hat! With ears! It's very cozy.

Pom-pom! I used this tutorial. Mine are bigger/more loose on purpose.

Here it is tied under the chin, I find if I don't tie it I have three ears. One earflap doesn't cover my ear very well. Mr. D. Capitated didn't tie it tight enough so his ear's showing here...

Loose. I like this one better.... but then there's this third ear problem

 

So what do you think? I'll be wearing it with a grey hooded sweater and some jeans It tends to be pretty cold and cloudy around here when trick-or-treating comes around.
