Question
Reba
I crocheted a fairly large bag from strips of plastic bags, a single strand of worsted weight yarn, and single crochet (fairly large hook), and I'd like to line it so it'll be practically useable. Problem is, I have no idea how! Would you be able to use a sewing machine to sew through plastic bags? What type of needle would you need? Or should I just do it by hand? I checked out another thread on lining crocheted bags, and it was really helpful, but I just want to make sure that there isn't anything specific I need to do for plastic bags. Here's a pic of the bag, sorry it's fuzzy--after I get it lined (I have some really neat circus print material), I'll post a pic in show-and-tell!
