My first Christmas Gift is Done!!-scarf

This is going to my friend Tia in NYC. It will be perfect for her, and I think the colors fit her personality. I made this with Joann's Sensations Licorice in red. (oh I love this yarn) *not the best lighting for the pics*

 

 

and here is a close up of the fringe. I was worried about fraying, since it is wool. So I tied a baby knot at the end of each piece. It gives it a neat look I think.
