i caved!! add five to my cart along with some of the double WW weigh cones i've been eyeing, couple of packs of the rug yarn, pack of the jubilee balls....it's ok, really, it was ALL on SALE....and i also add as much as i can w/o increasing the shipping...this is, by far, the largest order i've ever placed with them!!!

What ever you do, do not order the sample card, cause then you are totally lost.

Yay, it's back! I bought 12, plus 3 cones. That comes out to under $4/pound with shipping, still a fantastic deal!

I got one (it included my confirmation number) and I also just got the notification of the shipping. You might check with them to make sure there's no problem with your order.

Thanks Renee! I'll wait until Monday to check with them. I double checked my e-mail and all I had was a receipt from paypal for the transaction.

Tampa Doll said she ordered on Wed 8/15 and received her order on Monday 8/20. So I thought I would get my order quick too. I ordered on Wed 8/22 using paypal. Paypal cleared my account on 8/23. I did not receive a confirmation e-mail until 8/27. Today 8/29 I received a shipment notification e-mail saying it has a scheduled delivery date of 9/4. Is it faster to use a debit or credit card?

I really don't know what the problem is, but I do seem to get my orders fast, but remember, when I order from Annie's Attic it is 3 weeks after I receive the e-mail telling me it is being shipped.

Could be because they are swamped with orders for the grab bags. Also, do not forget, you get a holiday on 9/3.

It's not really a bad experience. I think I'm just over anxious, like a kid waiting for Christmas! I got a small ball of Peaches and Creme at Wal-Mart a couple of weeks and I love it.

Thats really weird - they must be crazy busy or something, because I have ordered from them before, and always get my stuff within a few days. I use credit cards, but I wouldnt think credit vs. debit would make a difference.

 

I love getting Peaches n Cream boxes though - love getting any box full of yarn really!

This contagious bug --- bit me too! Five grab bags, 2 six packs worsted and 3 cones. Hope I get the mail that day and not DH as he will have retired by the time it arrives and I have to find a "place" to put it all. Look out -- here come the Christmas presents!

I got mine earlier this week, but I'm right next door to NC ... they may be low on boxes, mine was bulging!!! I love their products. And they throw in a few "surprises" with your order, too. I got a knitted sweatshirt panel insert and a few spools of sewing thread.

I just went over and ordered the grey size #10 thread that they have, and I couldn't resist, I ordered some color cards and the size 5 they have on sale.

 

I am now building up on the house, here comes the second floor. DH (Tampa Guy) just smiles and shakes his head.

I swore I was staying away from there till Dec.

Don't worry Tampa Doll, you are not alone! When I got my 4 grab bags, the nice lady sent me a sample of some of their petal spun- oooohh I have to get some now! And I am thinking a few more grab bags may jump into my cart! LOL! Where-o-where am I going to put it all!

I ordered mine on a Saturday and received it on Tuesday. They have really good, fast service. My only thing was that I didn't know that I would get mostly thread. Surprise to me, but it can be used doubled up for my new prayer shawl ministry. It is not going to go to waste. I did get a lot of stuff for 25 dollars, including shipping.

I finally got my order today (8/22-9/4). I ordered 5 grab bags and 5 cones. Out of curiousity I weighed my grab bags. Five of them were 6 pounds. A lot of thread, but I'm wanting to make something with thread. It's something I haven't used since jr high or high school and then only once or twice. Any suggestions for starters?

I'm wondering if I should contact them since it will be two weeks tomorrow with no word other than the initial confirmation. This is the first time I have ordered from them, so I don't know what standard operating procedure is. Anyone have any thoughts?

My order had to come to western Oklahoma. This was my first time to order from them too. I ordered on 8/22 and did not receive a confirmation e-mail until 8/27. The order shipped on 8/29 and I received an email from quantumview with a tracking number. Everyone else said they received a confirmation e-mail right after they placed their order and usually had their order within 5 days. Of course Labor Day delayed it by one day. It it's been two weeks I would go ahead and contact the company. I'm happy with my order, but thought I would get it sooner.

I ordered last Friday, there was no order confirmation. I was shocked to receive my box (keeping in mind I'm in Canada, and sometimes my stuff gets held up at the border so they can claim any duty and taxes they possibly can) today.
