Butterflies Everywhere afghan

Yeah!!! Finally I have finished my butterflies afghan. I have been working on this one off and on for a few months. It really wasn't that hard to do. I jsut wanted to work on some other projects also.

 

 

 

The Pattern is from Dragonflies, Butterflies and More by Sandy Rideout.

This is going to be a gift for my daughter, who loves Butterflies

Wow! You did a beautiful job on that. Love the colors you used. I have the pattern but have not tried it yet. Maybe this is enough incentive to do so. I loved all the patterns in that book.

That is beautiful! The colors are so pretty too. Is that RH Waterfall the variegated color you have surrounding the butterfly square part? Your daughter is going to love this afghan! Congratulations!

Very nice. I like that a lot... I have that pattern booklet and tried one square of the Dragonflies afghan. Was bored to tears with only one. Never did do any more. But the Butterflies square looks more interesting, especially with the varigated yarns you used. What yarns did you use, BTW, if you don't mind sharing?
