,,as I was taking out the trash. I saw this, hanging all by it's self, on the handrail of the steps.

I have no idea why it was here. There was no signs around it of ownership at all. I sooo wanted to adopt this little thing and give it a loving home!

I don't know, but my heart aches at the thoughts of what could have happened,,,like,,,,,someone not knowing what it is may have trashed it,,,, now I am going to have to go looking for it!
