I have been asked a couple of times about the baby in the background.

 

 

Yes, I did make her. I took the pattern from a christening outfit. I had two large baby dolls that I wanted to dress. One was in a red dress for Christmas and the other was in the christening dress. I gave my neighbor a choice. She could have either one. She picked the one in the red dress, so I got to keep the other.

 

I keep her on a bench near the kitchen table.

 

My next project is ken in a pilgrim outfit (making it out of several patterns).
