I really like that! The lady who taught me how to crochet made me an entire queen size afghan made from the basketweave stitch. She has since passed away, but I just love it. I have never tried the basket weave stitch and I think it looks wonderful in a scarf.

I got the yarn at this year's Maryland Sheep and Wool Festival. It came from the Brooks Farm yarn booth (web site: http://www.brooksfarmyarn.com) .

The label didn't list a color for it but it did say the fiber is 60% Super Wash Wool / 20% Silk / 20% Viscose. It should be a great addition to my fall wardrobe. Thanks for letting me share the completed project with you!
