help needed with armhole decrease.... :(

i am crocheting a white summer top in double crochet, and i have come to the point where i have to decrease for the armholes.... after several tryings i realized i need some help from you.

can anyone explain or put a diagram, that would be so much easier for me since i am a beginnner.

i already know how to decrease, but i don't know when and how much to make the shape all right.

untill now i made it rectangular shape without the armholes and sew at the shoulders.

please help!
