maroon scarf

i like scarves. this one was for one of my brother-in-laws. i used two different stitches. an open stitch for the body and a shell for the ends. the yarn is just red heart in worsted weight. the actual color is a bit darker than the photo shows. not long or short. if you fold the scarf in half and pull the ends through around your neck, the ends hit above the navel. a size J or K hook was used.

um, without even thinking about it, yeah, technically this is my own pattern. how weird is that?! i didn't think write it down though, i just went at it. although, i'm going to go back in the next few days and write it out.
