"Pebbles Pillow"

I just finished this pillow for my mom for mother's day, which is why it isnt on my blog. I will post it there after I give it to her. Anyway!!

I found this yarn that I fell in love with. It is Patons Pebbles in the Gemstone color. I did a simple single stitch and stuffed it with a preformed pillow that I happened to have laying around. The picture doesn't even do it justice, and it is so soft and comfy that my boyfriend, who was the model in the pic, has requested an afghan. I may even make some pillow shams. That is gonna take a ton of this yarn. Just this pillow took 5 skeins!! But at a dollar a piece, you cant beat it!! And it didn't take me that long to do it. I could have gotten it done in about 4 hours if I hadn't been so busy the past few days and just sat down and did it, LOL.

 

Anyway, I hope my mama likes it!!
