Handle for thread hooks!

Now, the listing says it's for Bates hooks. But is there a difference in size or shape, handle-wise, between Bates and Boye? I recently acquired a whole set of Boye steels, and I'd love to use them with a handle like this is possible.

I need one of these badly lol. Maybe then i could handle thread. All of my hooks are boye tho so i'm no help on the size difference. :/. I just spent 30 on yarn from amazon . (Most i've ever spent at once on yarn. lol) So , no buying this for me atm. Hope someone can answer this for you.

I think the only difference is the shape of the head. You can also ask the seller if a boye will fit into it. The auction says for BATES hooks and she has it like that in there so I am not really sure if it will fit or not. The handle is lovely though. Enjoy your new toy.

Just to follow up, I emailed the seller. Apparently, Boye hooks are slightly larger in diameter. She is working on a fix though so stay tuned!

I bought one of her handle, it worked for my Japaneese hooks and it is very comfortable after passing adjustment time (10-15 minutes)
