Got my hooks! ToTC!!!

My birthday is coming up, but since my daughter's is the day after mine, and we are having our new baby the next week, the hubby said I could have my present early.

So I got my full 6 hook set of the Turn of the Century hooks! In a beautiful Walnut case lined with green velvet.

These will someday be passed down, so its awesome to think I am holding future heirlooms.

I am so happy! I can't stop touching them! These are the nicest hooks I have ever had. I have 2 bamboo hooks and the rest are all aluminum Wal-Mart hooks. So this is a huge advance in fancy for me!

Oh, they're lovely! Isn't it nice to think about passing these things down? I have several hooks from my great-grandmother that I can't use because they're snub-nosed, which just doesn't cooperate for me, but I'm hanging onto them like mad. Can't wait to pass them down someday along with all my afghans.
