Vanishing yarns?

I can't find Red heart Sofspun baby yarn on Coats and Clark.

And I can't find Caron Cuddle soft on Joann.com. (Can't get to Caron.com, they are having some trouble with their site) So anyway, Anyone know where I could find Sofspun?

Or any baby yarn 3 ply yarns that you could recomend for a baby blanket?

I like the Cotton Tots too although I've never used it for a blanket. But it's super nice.

 

I was in Michael's today and all their remaining stock of Cuddle Soft was marked down to a buck. I wonder of Caron is discontinuing it?

 

I can't get on their website either. They're doing maintenence on it.

I was at Michael's today also, they had alot of yarn on clearance, several different brands, ie Lion Brand woolease, jiffy, kitchen cotton, some baby yarn not sure which kind though, just in certain colors on all of this, and caron just certain colors, don't know if this is being discontinued or what. So you might check your stash to make sure you have enough to do your projects. :twocents

I've not been able to find a 3ply yarn in those three colors that I need. I'll have to make a Joann's trip soon. But I'm not sure what I'm going to do!

Amber did you try www.herrschners.com or www.craftsetc.com. I don't see the SofSpun but they had many other choices.

I don't see any yarn on the craft one. Am I missing it? Could you give me a link to the yarn directly if I am? Thanks a bunch! This is really starting to get me down.
