Fancy Kitty Hooks

Ron, from Fancy Kitty, not only makes great crochet hooks, he gives top notch customer service. I ordered a beautiful hook about 2 weeks ago. The United States Postal Service decided the hook would be happier if it went to California instead of to me on the East Coast. I contacted Ron when tracking showed that the hook was having adventures on the other side of the country. Ron graciously offered me two solutions, he would provide a refund, or make me a replacement...I opted for the rplacement. I got the hook yesterday, along with a lovely note from Ron. The hook is beautiful, and feels as great in my hand crocheting , as it looks. Dealing with Fancy Kitty has been a great experience, and I will be buying again.
