Crocheted Topper (looked like a poncho to me)

While flipping through the channels today, I came across a crocheted topper (can't remember what they called it) on HSN. Came in a couple of different colors, black, white, I believe turquoise or peacock blue. Was in a pineapple pattern. Looked like it was more delicate, like a cotton yarn. Anyone else notice it?? At least it wasn't knitted. LOL.
