This is a purse I designed.

I'm claiming authorship, I AM!

 

It's a smallish clutch-like evening purse worked in Bernat Masala and features a wrap-around flower closure.

It was actually going to be something else, but the pattern I had started was all wrong and frustrating. So I gave up trying to figure it out, stitched this and looked for a way to make it pretty.

 

It's not my ideal bag, but the closure is interesting and I'm going to use it on another, better shaped back that's currently residing in my head.

Love it. I almost did the same thing when I was making a hook case.

It looked so pretty and would have made such a cute purse but

figured I needed to tweek the design more. The flower closure is brilliant.
