So very cute.  I am going to try to make one for my 18" doll. Any tips to change this wonderful pattern?  I have most every

pattern you have shared and apreciate them so much.  Love the idea of using my stash of 4 ply yarns. Can't thank you

I found that many Dora patterns worked for 18" dolls and vice versa.  You might want to add and extra row to the top and the panties but you might see as you work the pattern.
