The blanket to match the tribute turtle

I had a lot of yarn leftover from the turtle that I had made for my nephew so I worked a rectangular granny ghan out of it. I plan to give it to my nephew this weekend. He is so excited, he keeps telling his friends at school how is aunt is crocheting him a blankie. I should enjoy his enthusiam now, for I fear he will soon reach the age where he does not think it is cool anymore. Anywho, enjoy.

Great job! That is the third rectangular granny afghan I think I've seen on this board; I might have to make one soon! (Ha ha after my twenty other projects are finished first...)
