I'd like to make one so you can count me in. I'm not sure which one I'm going to make yet. I'm leaning towards either a bunny or a bear.

are we all just going to do our own amigurumi or will there be a pattern off the net that everyone will do? either way is great i know of lots of patterns, lol. seems everyone is working on one already, but seemed you wanted to pick a pattern for us all to work on?

the mushroom box of kristi's on crochet pattern central i think it is is a great one you can really personalize it, just a suggestion. dani

I've made all the pieces for my amineko. I want to sew up something to hold the plastic pellets in so they don't leak. I hope to get to that today. Then put it together soon.

Hello! I won't be able to join this CAL yet like I thought I would. I have sooo much on my plate right now and I don't want to rush through it. I will make one when my pile dwiddles down again. Good Luck to all that are making one. :cheer

I don't think anyone has shared this yet. You can get all kinds of inspiration here for amigurumi.

I want to make some of these for Easter presents. Yes Easter is just around the corner... hehe

The mushroom looks great. What is everyone using to put inside to make these things stand up.

Yes, I'm a little confused too. I thought we were going to do the "crochet dude" on the crochetme.com website? Not sure why I thought that, maybe I've got a reading disability and didn't understand correctly - ha ha - just kidding!

I do have one I'm working on but I think it would help me more if I were doing the same pattern.

I think that was the thought at first. I suggested we could all do what we wanted to do. Then this thread can be a one stop place for getting help with patterns and showing off our progress. I've noticed that CAL's that are more open ended seem more active than CALs that are for a specific pattern. Like let's crochet a sweater together than let's crochet this particular sweater.

If you need some help with it? I think many here are very familiar with making ami's so I am sure we could help. What do you need?

Hmmm... I haven't checked here for a couple of days and find two more pages here. lol

Ok, well, I'm fine with everyone doing the same pattern, or just whatever they want (this is my first crochet along, but as amigurumis are all i do, i really wanted to do this :D)

And yes, if you need any help with a pattern that we're not doing, just give a yell. I'm sure there's heaps of helpful experineced people on here ;)

Thank you, Samantha, Penny, Wendy and Kim! :-)

The eyes are small black buttons with a shank - they were 5 for $1.50 at JoAnn's.

I'm kind of stalled with my amineko because I'm sewing up little pouches of the plastic pellets I want to use for the body, feet and hands so they don't leak out. I have one more to do. Then I can stuff and sew.
