annie's attic pattern of the day help!!

i saw todays annie's attic pattern of the day(12-11-06), its Peppermint Coasters.

i want to make them for my mom, but im confuse on round 4.

can someone explain it better to me....

Hi Soluna,

 

I'm willing to try but I need to know what part you are confused by. The pattern indicates that you should work the chain 8, then draw that through the space indicated, from the back to the front, and then continue on as instructed. Is this any clearer or have I made it worse?

thanks for helping, im confuse on the part that says, ch 8, drop lp from hook...

so i drop it than i have to place it on the next ch sp, then what do i do,.. and what does "draw" mean in this pattern?

Draw is another way of saying "pull" the chain 8 from the back to the front in the space indicated.

i have one made and i was thinking the same thing, they would look cute as ornamentes too.

 

 

i brought out red, green, white and glitter white yarn. im thinking of all the different color combinations to do now..

im working on kristies monkey pattern too...so cute
