I was thinking that it would make a really cute advent tree. Little treats can be tied on for the 24 days before Christmas and as a treat is taken off it can be replaced by maybe a prettily printed or stitched Bible verse that's applicable.

 

I know my children would love it, but not sure they will get one this year
