It looks terribly complicated and difficult to me. (I'd keep 'mum' about it being 'easy' and let people assume that you are incredibly talented and have spent ages making it!!!) Heck, I'd beleive it! I think it will look wonderful with Xmas gifts, wrapped in brightly colored paper, piled up on it. Congratulations.

Parisjem, it's just dc and chaining and slip st. Really simple. My first filet item. I couldn't really tell how it looked when making it because I have tan berber carpeting and I'd lay it down and not be able to see the flowers. But when I put it on the red blanket, they showed great. Maybe I'll have to attach a red liner to it for sis. Thanks for the kind comments, everyone.

That's a really lovely tree skirt! I was expecting the usual bright green/red w/ bells and gold, etc. which I usually find to be too hoaky for my tastes. This, however, is something that I would actually use! Great job, stunning work. Truly
