If you go to freepatterns.com (Annies patterns usually end up here) on their FAQ page there is a link for a form to fill out if you have a problemswith the patterns, but I haven't ever seen anything to indicate corrections.

They certainly should as every pattern book I've gotten from there is full of errors. I won't even buy AA books any more because it's made me so mad.
