Making loops

Is it hard to do loops for a pattern like this?

I've not been able to do them well. Mine seem to easy to pull out. I'm left handed so I think that's my problem. I found this link recently and it helps.

I don't think they are hard at all. Here's a couple of links to projects I've done or WIPs that use the loop stitch. I think the main thing you have to remember is, when you bend your finger, always keep it the same size as the previous stitch or you'll have uneven loops. Other than that, it's as simple as making a sc stitch, just with a loop attached.
