Looking for a back issue of Interweave's 2004 premier...

My copy was damaged and I'm not finished with it!

I've googled, and ebay'ed with no luck. Does anyone know where they might still have some?

Also I would be happy to purchase a used one from anyone here that was finished willing to part with theirs.

Is Interweave willing to sell it to you? I got a couple back issues (and their new one) via their web site (http://www.interweave.com) I don't recall if one of the back issues offered was the premier one you want or not... They seem to only accept PayPal as payment on their site though.

I recall doing the same search a few weeks ago and arriving at the site Empress gave AFTER A LOOONG SEARCH. I'm sure it took Empress, like, a pico-second with her positronic brain.
