crochet help please

I'm already STUCK! hee hee:think

 

 

Rnd 2: Ch 2, fpdc around posts of ch-2 and first dc tog, .....etc.

 

If I made a ch 2 ...then it says fpdc around the the post of ch 2....how can that be done...I JUST MADe THE CHAIN. I'm just not understanding Rnd 2 Do you???

just a guess but further down the pattern there is something like "repeat rows 2-whatever" which means you would do a fpdc about the ch2 turning chain.

 

if that isnt the case show me what row 1 says and i might be able to help more

Since you're working in rounds, the beginning of round 2 is above the beginning of round 1. Fpdcs are worked around the stitches below, so they are referring to the ch2 at the beginning of round 1 and the first "real" dc of round 1.
