Crochet Back Ache...what do you sit on?

I prefer to crochet sitting in a rocking chair with low arms. Arms on chairs annoys me so I will sit on the couch if I can't get the rocker. I sit in the middle with my feet up on the coffee table in front of me and my wool beside me.

 

I cannot crochet in bed. I get extremely bad back pain and can never remeber to keep my head back and cause myself major neck pain too!
