"stitch 'n bitch" in Chapel Hill, NC?

I'm in Chapel Hill, NC, and was thinking it would be fun to get together with one of these "stitch 'n bitch" groups I've been hearing about. I've been shut away in my office too much, and would like to escape to do something social! I don't have a car, so it would have to be *in* Chapel Hill, reasonably close to a decent bus route.

 

Do you know of any existing group, or would you be interested in forming a group?

 

I'm away for Christmas, but I'll be back in the new year. I hope to hear from you!

Well, I tried joining, but I was denied due to timeout. Maybe everyone was away for the holidays. I guess I'll give it one more shot.

Oh... I forgot to post... I attended my first meeting on Tuesday! I had lots of fun, and the people were really nice.

 

I tried to attend one on Saturday, but no one else could make it.

 

Assuming it doesn't snow, there's another tonight.
